During the tracking of the virus on the web server, we found our system has been injected 10+ phpspy program, which used in this way, is a kind of Trojan-Spy.
The most dangerous thing discovered is that they are likely to be loaded into our system using flaw codes of some PHP content managment systems.
To avoid further loss, like the whole site beeing deleted by angry crackers, we have suspended our virtual hosting service since 1:00, 2005-11-23.
We will restore the virutal hosts one site by one site after confirmed secure.
