NGO virtual hosts all restored

The upgrading of IED's virtual hosting system is finished. All virtual hosts are now on-line.
We strongly appreciate to all the NGO webmasters for the support they have given us and the tolerance and patient they have shown. We will devote more time and efforts into the virtual hosting system in the future, trying to build it into a secure, high efficient and powerful virtual hosting platform that reflecting the common need of all NGO websites.
Since the upgrading, the mailing list of webmasters, vhosts@learning.ngo.cn has been proved to be very helpful. We hope everyone continue using this list to maintain closer contact with each other.
Due to our MySQL system was upgraded from 3.23 to 4.1, the problem of varchar size has caused many websites malfunctioning. We had been working together with those webmasters to fix the problem one by one during the past and will be continue doing that in the future.
